Shipping & Returns

We offer standard shipping in the United States for a flat fee of $5 for orders under $69; orders from $69 qualify for free shipping - no code needed! 

We also ship the LEVILY® Stroller Sunshades to Australia & Canada for a flat fee of $25 and $20 respectively. Please note that all sales outside of the USA are final and not returnable.

All orders are dispatched from our Washington warehouse and will usually be shipped within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise specified (e.g. pre-orders). The transit time for parcels within the USA is, depending on the delivery location, approximately 3-9 business days. The transit time for parcels to Canada and Australia can take up to 21 business days and the customer is responsible to clear and pay any import duties. Please note that during and before holidays the shipping service may take longer.

All of our products are sent in home compostable or recyclable mailers, as we believe that everyone should do their bit to help our beautiful planet.

We will accept returns for new, unused/unworn items in original packaging, for up to 21 days after the shipping date. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return postage (except for faulty products). The original shipping costs are not refundable.

To start the return process and to receive a return number, please send an email with your order number and return reason to support@hopandorso.com. We suggest you send your parcel tracked and that you keep your postage receipt until the return has been received and processed. Please don‘t send any returns without a return number.

Clearance items, sunglasses, hair clips and all teething products (incl. teething necklaces) are final sale and not returnable.
